When to use Data Sources
Use Data Sources whenever the agent should work from real material instead of only prompt text. Sources can ground WebChat answers, Council debates, workflow document steps, board follow-ups, and hierarchy source packs.
- Upload PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, Markdown, and HTML files.
- Import a local markdown folder.
- Scrape a page or crawl a docs site.
- Group related sources into a notebook.
Notebook boundaries
Ask inside a notebook when you want follow-up questions constrained to a selected bundle of sources. Ask in WebChat when the answer should combine source context with broader app state or create work in another tab.
Learning from sources
Use learning only when source material describes a repeatable procedure that should become a skill. Learned skills stay pending for review and are never installed silently.
