Agents are configured workers
An agent profile can include model settings, enabled tools, skills, extensions, channel routes, budgets, goals, and workspace files. The same profile can be used by WebChat, Workflows, Boards, Council, and Hierarchy.
Use Hierarchy for structure
When work needs ownership, goals, budgets, or reporting lines, put it in Hierarchy. Organizations and goals keep long-running work easier to audit than a single chat thread.
Use Activity when work feels stuck
Activity, Work Monitor, logs, metrics, usage, costs, approvals, and Maintenance are the first places to check when a run seems slow, noisy, blocked, or expensive.
